Myrrh

Myrrh is the secretion of a plant of the Burseraceae family, the "Commyphora myrra".
It grows in Kenya, Yemen and Ethiopia. It is from this last country that our product comes.
We consider it the best for burning and for liturgical use, mixed with other incenses or alone.
In fact, if burned, it gives off an unmistakable aroma, sour and strong at the same time, delicate if used in tears.
Added to normal incense it emits a fragrance reminiscent of the scent of ancient monasteries.
